  • Huffington Post Party counts down to a pivotal moment in American History

    Photos by www.celebrityvibe.com

Just like New Years, overjoyed A-listers counted down to when the clock struck midnight for Barack’s Inaug.  “An unusual experience, it sounded like the ball was going to drop!” Our source reported, who attended the open minded political blogger Arianna Huffington’s bash for the 44th president.  Amongst the “can of sardine” like crowd, was Dustin Hoffman, Sting and wife Trudie Styler, Sharone Stone, Ron Howard, and many other smiling faces in the Newsuem.

Also Don King, carrying a flag and wearing a priceless denim jacket ornamented with Barack patches and a sweet airbrush of Mt. Rushmore, taking the attention off his hair for once.

  • Jigga’ Man gets honored on the Eve of the Inauguration

Universally known Walk of Fame has music and film industries brightest place their hand prints along Hollywood boulevard, until Inauguration 2009.  On the eve of Barack’s swearing in, Hip Hop icon Jay Z placed his hands in front of the Warner Theatre in Washington DC.  Jay Z’s immortality was solidified with the company of DC’s African American Mayor, Adrian M. Fenty.  A wonderful site to see so much black prestige, the honoring came moments before he performed an explosive show with Mary J. Blige and Young Jeezy.

  • Hillary In Da’ House!

    Photo designed by www.Celebrityvibe.com

Consider it done!  In a couple of weeks, Barack is going to announce Hillary the new Secretary of State which adds to Barack’s Justice League or Fantstic friends.

Its a powerhouse my people- Batman and Robin status!!!

  • Hillary Clinton, Working for Barack?

YIKES- this will be the face if Hillary is elected Secretary of the State.

According to the Wall Street Journal, “President-elect Barack Obama continued to fill out staff positions for his incoming administration during the weekend, with many of the new appointees having Clinton White House pedigrees.”

    BOOYAH-less Repubs. and more Dems!

Billy Clinton’s impeachment lawyer, Gregory B. Craig is already on way to be Mr. Obama’s Chief legal rep.

Mona Sutphen- the former special assistant to Billy’s national security advisor, Sandy Berger will be working for Barack in the Treasury Department.

And the list of White House veterans under Billy who are going to work for Barack continues:

Rahm Emanuel, soon to be Obama’s House chief of staff.

Ron Klain, a top aide for Gore- now Joe Biden’s chief of staff.

But the one that takes all the cake, stems from rumors of Hillary Clinton being selected as Obama’s Secretary of State.

After staunch disagreement in foreign policy and enduring a long slug fest in the democratic party for election, Barack and Hillary are expected to unite.

Bill Clinton supports and it sounds to be a sure shot.

  • Common’s Obama Album

Everybody is absorbing the revolutionary aura of our very first African American president.  From the streets to the studios, people are gaining inspiration from our nation’s systematic changes.  The people have spoke and are still loud in opinion.

The other night, driving in my car, the radio DJ played a special Barack music segment with exclusive footage of Barack’s speeches, discussions, and musicians rewriting fresh new lyrics concerning the U.S. I was so surprised and refreshed, because mainstream hip-hop was breaking from the tedious shallow stories of bottle popping and fast-car-driving towards a mindful of awareness- songs that were digging deep into the state of our civilization.

Another reason to thank the new election.

For this matter, Barack’s fellow Chicago-in, Common, has produced a new album- ‘Universal Mind Control’.  The conscious record  is expected to drop early December.

Common says that most of the album is inspired by Barack himself, especially a wonderful track called “Changes” that includes a positive beat backdrop, undoubtle ill sentimental lyrics, and rare words of wisdom from Common’s father.

  • Highly Anticipated Barack Film

With the rush and excitement from the presidential race still lingering in our heads like a hangover, we can now anticipate a poignant recap of the monumental time through an upcoming film about our 44th president.

In New York, HBO films has just closed a deal for the rights to an untitled Barack Obama documentary.  The film has been in development ever since 2006, when producer Edward Norton and his Class 5 films approached the politician.

The Barack campaign conceded, giving the film extensive footage from the begining and end of Barack’s historical journey to presidency; as well as chronicling his previous years in politics.

Barack’s documentary is expected to be aired next year and since I didn’t read the ‘Audacity of Hope’, this is a definite thing to look foward too.

  • Beyonce’s Presidential Request

    Yo Barack!

Beyonce wants you to know that she is ready, willing, and able to perform at your inauguration.

In a recent MSNBC story, Beyonce was extremely giddy about the new president and commented about the upcoming ceremony. “I’m there.  I can’t wait. I feel like all of us, we’re ready to do whatever we have to do.  Whatever they want- if they need me to volunteer, they need me to sing, I’m there, and I’m ready.”

    ‘Whatever’ you say?

    Interesting…

We would like to see you perform with Justin Timberlake and Bill Clinton.  Clinton on the sax and Timberlake dancing.  And have the performance end with Timberlake ripping your dress to expose a boob.

Oh, and Jay-z hollering, “Barack is in the house tonight!”

  • A Kiss Seen ‘Round Da World

Damn it feels good to be El Presidente.

What a glorious evening for Barack Obama.  After executing an exceptional acceptance speech, the Political G received a passionate wet-one from his new first lady. The gorgeous wife, who came out holding hands with the Vice President’s wife, swiftly wrapped her arms around her man and gave him a look that assures Mr. President- he won’t be getting ANY sleep tonight.

Tomorrow morning Barack will wake up happily tired and, over an All-Star Slam breakfast, probably discuss moving into the White House Black House.

    Barack the house!

  • Tears of Joy

Teary-eyed Oprah Winfrey underwent a sentimental rush at Barack’s speech yesterday.  In the cold Chicago night, Winfrey cried for joy as the 44th president of USA was announced.  The first ever African American president inspired and rallied the nation with a pivotal speech.  He sent shock waves through the hearts and souls of all Americans (except white-supremo repubs) and particularly tickled a soft spot in America’s prominent black figures- Oprah and Reverend Jesse Jackson, whom were seen gushing throughout the entire speech.  They later spent the evening telling journalists what it means to be African American in the US today.

    Ummm…Powerful, inspiring!?

Even Uncle Tom, Colin Powell, joined the Barack bandwagon.

Come on dummies!  These newscasters write questions as if they are oblivious to the history of racism in America; let alone that the rest of the world is up to date with female and multi-ethnic leaders.

The next duesch bag to ask a black person what it means to be in America right now shall find the answer in the faces of millions of people.

As for Reverend Jesse Jackson, emotions are extremely high, replete in joy and envy.  The civil rights activist, who has been battling to be president, couldn’t be any happier for racial progression in America.  However, were sure that he wishes he was at the podium discussing the Nation’s future.

Besides, who wouldn’t want to be the most powerful guy in the world (white or black)?

    Barack the House!

  • Sonnet from NY

    Poem by Billy Boy Burger

    All the way with Obama

He is as poised as the Dali Lama

Never over reacts, first uses a comma

Makes women’s rights the real drama

Redistribute wealth- give the poor less trauma

I can always become a gentle ‘farmer’

Won’t he make us all ‘calma’….
