The Curious Case of Pitt’s Screenings
Brad Pitt’s new film has some really bad luck. Last night’s special screening “The Curious Case of Benjamin Button” was shown in front of an important audience of voters from the Director’s Guild of America, but about halfway through the movie, operators turned it off.
From the screenings very start, off-setting colors appeared to be disrupting the overall image. Operators waited a goodtime, but eventually threw in the towel- and the Director of Photography had to apologize to the audience. He explained that something was disrupting the projection.
How embarrassing!
Even worse, the audience had to be driven out of the theatre and miss a Q and A from acclaimed director, David Fincher.
The screening has been reschuled for Saturday at the Paramount lot.
This is the second strange mishap for Pitt’s new film. His first occured weeks before when a bouncer mistook the actor for a trespassing pap, putting Pitt in an arm lock and pushing him around.
Sorry Brad, I guess your reeping some kind of wierd Karma.
